Stacy Johnson’s approach to real estate is defined by one principle—
that every client deserves thoughtful, informed guidance through one of life’s most important decisions.

With over a decade of experience, she has built her business serving clients across Manitoba, with a focus on Winnipeg’s northeast communities including East St. Paul, Oakbank, Springfield, St. Clements, Tyndall, Garson, and Beausejour—where her career first began.

Her work extends beyond individual transactions. Stacy currently serves as a Director with the Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board. This role provides her with a broader perspective on the market—one that directly informs how she advises, positions, and represents her clients.

As the owner and President of Coldwell Banker Park Avenue Real Estate, she leads a growing brokerage while continuing to work closely with her own clients, maintaining a hands-on, tailored approach to every transaction.

Her professional background includes advanced designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), and designations in Financial Planning reflecting a continued commitment to both buyer and seller representation at a high level.
